This is my all-time favourite, go-to, living-on-your-own snack/meal. I seriously have at least one a day. It's just a pita bread, some onion and chives cream cheese, and fresh cucumber slices! It's so delicious. And I even feel kind of healthy when I eat it too.

Today, I tried it out with white bread.....and I will be going back to pita bread. Sometimes the first try is the best try!
